Pre-Approval Terms and Conditions
Repayment Method
The customer agrees to repayment by way of direct debit facility, from the customer’s bank account nominated and confirmed as receiving the customer's income, on the due instalment dates.
Personal Financial Information
In negotiating this contract, the customer has provided, to Money Centre the following request:
A current bank statement. Evidence of income such as pay slips.
The customer attests that he/she has been truthful and fulsome in revealing his/her personal financial circumstances.
Privacy Policy
Money Centre guarantees that all information provided by the customer, in association with this Personal Cash Advance Contract, shall be used by Money Centre only for the primary purposes of:
Assessing whether to make this offer/enter into the contract;
Administration of the loan; and in the event that the customer breaches or defaults, to facilitate collection of all outstanding money.
Breach or default
In the event that the customer breaches or defaults, under this contract, the customer hereby agrees to pay -
Re-scheduling of repayment date/administration fee/costs of $30.00 for each payment, unpaid when due.
Such re-scheduling, to a future date/s when a deposit of the customer’s pay is anticipated, to be attempted at the lender’s sole discretion for a period until such time that the default is paid in full, whether or not there is one or more future repayment date/s already scheduled under this contract. Any outstanding amounts to be paid, in full, on the selected later date/s and/or
Direct debit dishonour payment charge of $30.00 for each dishonoured payment.
Such occurring in circumstances where a direct debit is denied because of insufficient funds; and/or
Any other expenses as may reasonably be incurred, by Money Centre, in facilitating collection of the outstanding money.
Such expenses, fees and charges shall be due and payable in total on, or before, the date of the next repayment instalment, or on or before the date/s as may be determined in accordance with Changed Financial Circumstances below, as otherwise specified by the lender or, in the absence of such date, within 30 days of the breach or default. In the event of such payment in total not being received by Money Centre on, or by, the due date/s, Money Centre reserves the right to recover all money owed by way of prosecution in the relevant court or tribunal and Money Centre will seek recovery of the loan, interest and all legal and administrative costs incurred, in full, in utilising the services of solicitors and/or debt collection agencies.
Other Dishonour Fees By Financial Institutions
You may be charged dishonour fees by your financial institution, for a declined direct debit should you default on your repayment.
Changed Address/Contact Details
In the event of changes to the customer’ address, or other contact details, during the period of the loan, the customer hereby agrees to contact Money Centre at the earliest possible occasion after such change has occurred, to inform the lender of such changes.
Changed Financial Circumstances
In the event of the customer’ financial circumstances adversely changing, during the period of the loan, the customer hereby agrees to contact Money Centre at the earliest possible occasion after such change has occurred. Where a direct debit facility is the repayment method, such contact must be made at least 24 hours before the prescribed repayment date. Only in such adverse circumstances, and subject to agreement by both the customer and Money Centre, will the terms of this contract be varied.
Definitions and Interpretations
1.This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Money Centre the owner(s) of this Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.
2. In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"Money Centre" means Money Centre
"Content" means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Web Site;
"Service" means collectively any online facilities, tools, services or information that Money Centre makes available through the Web Site either now or in the future;

Pre-Approval is a quick reference of your eligibility to borrow. This form is innovative and concise. It saves applicant’s time by providing a preliminary result without the need to complete a full application form.
Due to the form simplicity, pre-approval is more suitable for business related loans. If your loan is for personal purpose, we assume you meet the following conditions:
- 18 years old or over
- Sufficient disposable income to service the loan
- Income, expense, asset, credit history and other personal details can be verification
- All applicants resides in Australia
- Suitability assessment is met
- Satisfactory results from our enquiries, including a credit reference check on each applicant.

Final Assessment
After pre-approval, a full application form must be completed by all applicants and supporting documents including income, asset and photo identification must be provided in order for final assessment to be carried out.
Other Situations
In some cases joint application may be required; it is often due to the following reasons:
1. Unacceptable credit record
2. Inappropriate estimation of vehicle / property value
3. Insufficient disposable income (For example: less than $1,200 income a fortnight or on Newstart/ Youth Allowance/AUS study; expense is higher than income)
No Credit Check for Pre-Approval
There is NO credit check for pre-approval. Credit history check is usually done during final assessment when you decide to proceed after pre-approval.
